1. THE “BIG” ONES
Create 3 big goals for yourself. These must be anticipated to take longer than 1 year but suggested to take no more than 2.
2. THE “SMALL” ONES
Create 4 small goals for yourself. These must be anticipated to take 90 days, but no more than 120.
3. THE WHYS
You should follow this process and answer these questions for each big goal
Why do I want to do this?
Why do I want that?
What are the repercussions if I do not accomplish this?
Who is counting on you to accomplish this other than yourself and why?
4. THE BUDDY SYSTEM
Find at least one person to share your Why’s & Weekly Updates with.

5. JOURNALING YOUR JOURNEY:
No later than Sunday evening, you must recap by journaling virtually or manually about what you did to work towards your goals. What action was taken; what update was there. Add photos in there to make it even better to look back at! Make sure to send to your buddy!
6. BEING A GIVER:
Accomplishing big goals is a huge accomplishment and giving back in my opinion is the greatest reward. Determine the way you will give back as you complete large goals. This is different for everyone.
