The Big Ones
1. Run & complete Leadville 100 (24 months - Est. Completion September 2026)
Hurt my foot - have not been able to walk much this week.
2. Raise 10 million dollars for Flash Funding Mortgage (12 Months- Est. Completion September 2025)
5M line solidified. Flying to AZ this week to work on raising more capital.
3. Be at an Advanced Spanish Speaking Level. (18 Months - Est. Completion March 2026)
Multiple Spanish classes per week now. Learning past participles mixed with preterito perfecto. Still practicing this. Signed up for an in person spanish meet up this week!

4. Complete the Arena Disciplina Life-Mod Challenge (90 days - End Date - 11/14/24)

New goal - reviewing what books to tackle this week.
6. Hire 3 Loan Officers for Flash Funding Mortgage LTL (90 days - End Date - Est. 12/4/24)
New Loan Officer starting tomorrow - All docs signed. 2 more LO's to go.
7. Close a New Construction deal for Flash Funding Mortgage (90 days - End Date - Est. 12/4/24)
LTNG Capital project in the works - numbers are looking good. Working with new clients as well.
