The Big Ones
1. Run & complete Leadville 100 (24 months)
This is the third week of the journey. 27.2 Miles in this week, and my active recovery day consisted of 45 min cycle class and 45 min of Pilates immediately after. I ran 9.5 miles for my long run and felt strong at 11:09 min / mile; although i walked a bit at the end due to fatigue. Temperature was about 77 degrees, so a bit cooler . I started weight training this week, and i am SORE! My body is recovering. I purchased the Air Relax compression sleeves for my legs, which are nice and help with recovery.
2. Raise 10 million dollars for Flash Funding Mortgage (12 Months)
This week I am finalizing the ability to utilize a LOC from VC in the amount of 5MM, it is not finalized, but that is what we are working towards. Also a private investor committed to another 500k that we are working to put to use.
3. Be at an Advanced Spanish Speaking Level. (18 Months)
One hour Spanish lesson this week with Todd. Reviewed conjugation and use cases of the past participles such as -ido & -ado. It is more common to use this use case when speaking!
The Small Ones
4. Complete the Arena Disciplina Life-Mod Challenge (90 days)
Today is day 24, I have so far had 8 treat days. Days to go – 66. Feeling confident and better! This week I have been tracking my eating and i need to increase my calories i am taking in. That is an area of focus for me this coming week. I recommend you starting if you want to make a drastic change in your health and lifestyle in 90 days. 5. Run 5 Miles Sub 10 min (3 months)
Felt great on my long run this week. 11:09 min / mile pace. I will push on my shorter days to increase speed and continue to work on speed!
6. Hire 3 Loan Officers for Flash Funding Mortgage LTL (90 days)
We currently have 1 loan officer, and are speaking with 2 experienced LO's we are looking to bring on. This coming week i will be attending real estate events to start marketing more as well.
7. Close a New Construction deal for Flash Funding Mortgage (90 days)
No update this week, but we are still working with the investor from last weeks update. This new construction deal is in Dallas! My plan to market this slightly at new real estate events I attend. I need to remain conscious of the capital we have - the common weekly struggle!
